Lystmark was founded out of a simple but widespread problem in commercial real estate: critical deal data like sales comps, lease comps, contact info, and financials was scattered across spreadsheets, inboxes, and outdated systems.
Commercial real estate professionals were spending too much time tracking down their own information and not enough time using it.
We saw an opportunity to change that.
Lystmark began with a mission to bring structure, visibility, and intelligence to the everyday workflows of CRE Professionals. Instead of forcing professionals to adapt to rigid software, we set out to build a platform that adapts to how they work.
